Essentials

Nursing essentials outline the framework of nursing as a discipline.  Nursing, as a job, is no longer people behaving as caregivers that just follow orders.  The profession of advanced level nurse has a place in the arena of healthcare that is a very unique part of the healthcare collaboration team.  Unite the compassion, that natural nurses have, with a higher education. Critical thinking is then expanded by using evidenced based practice.  That combination has produced a profession that would make Florence Nightingale very proud.
